Passion, Salento, sun and wind: our Oil is all here
The love for olive oil handed down in the wake of the Apulian tradition
Located in the suggestive Contrada Rossi, a few steps from the Church of the Madonna della Consolazione, in the heart of Sannicola (Lecce), the Olio Due Pini company has its roots in the Apulian tradition .
Since 1950, Luigi Pino has dedicated his life to the production and marketing of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, transmitting passion and expertise to future generations.
Today, the company is led by daughter Loredana, supported by her husband Cosimo and their children, who continue to carry on the family tradition with commitment and innovation.
Artisan quality, family tradition.

Harmony of taste through innovation
In 2012, after the eradication of plants affected by Xylella, we undertook an important renewal process , introducing new cultivars resistant to the bacterium, such as Leccino Favolosa and Cima di Melfi. This change has allowed us to create a harmonious and complex oil , the result of a constant search for balance and sensorial intensity.
Passion, quality and territory
Olio Due Pini represents the essence of Puglia: a combination of tradition, innovation and love for the land. Every drop of our oil tells a story of family, dedication and authenticity.

100% Italian
Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced entirely in Italy, on our estate in Sannicola, following family traditions and modern innovations.

Unique sensory characteristics
Our blend stands out for its balance: a harmonious flavor, with fruity notes and a slightly spicy and bitter aftertaste, typical of high-quality oils.

Quality guaranteed at every stage of the manufacturing process
The quality of our oil comes from careful attention to every stage of the process, from harvest to processing. We use resistant cultivars such as Leccino Favolosa and Cima di Melfi, and constantly monitor sensory levels to offer a harmonious and complex blend, suitable for every palate.
