Returns and Refunds Policy
1. General Terms and Conditions.
Due to the nature of the product sold, namely extra virgin olive oil, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. The quality of our product is guaranteed, but any issues will be handled on a case-by-case basis to ensure customer satisfaction.
2. Shipping costs for returns
Any shipping costs for product returns, where authorized, will be the responsibility of the customer.
3. Exceptions
In case of damaged products or products that do not conform to the order, the customer is requested to contact our customer service department within 48 hours of receiving the package. They will be asked to provide:
- Detailed photos of the product and packaging.
- Description of the problem encountered.
