Italy: 4-6 working days.
European Union (EU): 4-9 business days.
International: Delivery times vary and are not guaranteed.

3. Shipping tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking code to monitor the status of the delivery directly on the carrier's website.

4. Delays and Liability
We are not responsible for any delays attributable to the carrier or caused by extraordinary circumstances (e.g., inclement weather, strikes, customs).

5. Damaged parcels
If you receive a package that is visibly damaged, please refuse the delivery or sign for it with a reservation. Then contact our customer service department within 48 hours to report the problem and initiate a verification with the courier company.
